Large Format Printer - HP550ps

  • Prints as large as 42" wide
  • Versatile printing with excellent line quality plus photo-quality imaging
  • Consistent and accurate colors
  • Four color (CMYK) printing
  • Maximum resolution of 1200 x 600 dpi (on glossy media).
  • Pigmented black, dye based color

A wide variety of papers, films, and canvases can be ordered for use with this printer. At this time we have three types of paper in stock: 42" wide proofing poster paper, 36" bright white coated paper, and 42" glossy photographic paper. The glossy photo paper is perfect for making presentation posters and can be laminated without damaging the image.

WCER Computer Services maintains a variety of laptop computers which project researchers can check out for offsite work.  We have both PCs and Macs, all loaded with the most common software packages.  If you need specific hardware or software configurations, let us know.
